SM Entertainment has released a formal statement and apology for an accident that occurred at Super Junior’s concert.

On April 5, Super Junior held the third night of their encore concert “SUPER SHOW 10: SJ-CORE” at Seoul’s KSPO Dome. During the concert, safety fences installed next to the audience area unexpectedly collapsed, which led to three members of the audience falling and sustaining injuries.

According to SM Entertainment, the “injured individuals were immediately transported to a hospital, where they received necessary examinations and treatment. Medical professionals have advised that they will require approximately two weeks of rest and treatment for sprains and contusions.”

The agency went on to apologize and promise that they would provide “full support” for the injured audience members’ treatment, in addition to reinforcing their safety measures to prevent such incidents from occurring again in the future.

Hello, this is SM Entertainment.

We would like to provide an update regarding an incident that occurred during the SUPER JUNIOR 20th Anniversary TOUR <SUPER SHOW 10> SJ – CORE in SEOUL concert on Sunday, April 5.

During the final encore performance of the day, safety fences installed collapsed, causing three audience to fall and sustain injuries. The injured individuals were immediately transported to a hospital, where they received necessary examinations and treatment. Medical professionals have advised that they will require approximately two weeks of rest and treatment for sprains and contusions.

We sincerely apologize to those who were injured and to their families. We will provide full support for their treatment and do our utmost to ensure their complete recovery.

As the concert organizer, we deeply acknowledge our responsibility for this incident. We will thoroughly review and reinforce our safety measures and audience management protocols to prevent any recurrence of such incidents in the future.

On April 4 and 5, SEVENTEEN held their “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR ‘NEW_’ ENCORE” concerts at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, marking the grand finale of their world tour.

During the second and final show on April 5, leader S.Coups personally shared the news for the first time, announcing that all members had completed their contract renewals with PLEDIS Entertainment.

This marks SEVENTEEN’s second full-group renewal, following their early contract extension in 2021.

S.Coups shared, “Thinking about how there won’t be group concerts for a while made me look back on the past 11 years.” He continued, “As many of you probably know, SEVENTEEN is approaching something important. We felt it was only right to share this with you [before] CARAT LAND, so I’m speaking on behalf of the members.”

Mentioning members currently serving in the military, he added, “At a time like this, even though Jeonghan and Wonwoo are here, I wish Hoshi and Woozi could be here too.” He concluded with the heartfelt announcement, “After having deep conversations among ourselves, all 13 of us decided to renew our contracts. Previously in episode 7, Ki Su Jong woke up at Jang Hui Ju’s (Ryu Abel) real estate office completely drunk. After drinking with Jang Hui Ju all night, Ki Su Jong had woken up to find Jang Hui Ju dead. Having lost all memories of the night before, Ki Su Jong was shocked as he became a suspect.

However, another figure is involved in the night of Jang Hui Ju’s passing—Min Hwal Seong (Kim Jun Han). Drunk, Ki Su Jong had shared the truth about Kim Seon’s (Im Soo Jung) affair to Jang Hui Ju, and Min Hwal Seong had an audio recording of this, making viewers curious how he had gotten access to the recording.

The newly released stills capture Ki Su Jong grabbing Min Hwal Seong by the collar in what appears to be an escalating fight. Lim Ji Yeon and Heo Nam Jun are gearing up for their new rom-com “My Royal Nemesis” (also known as “Wicked World”)!

Earlier on April 2, SBS’s upcoming drama “My Royal Nemesis” shared photos of the cast from the drama’s script reading. In addition to director Han Tae Seob and screenwriter Kang Hyun Ju, actors Lim Ji Yeon, Heo Nam Jun, Jang Seung Jo, Kim Min Seok, Lee Se Hee, Chae Seo An, and more were also present.

“My Royal Nemesis” is a rom-com about unknown actress Shin Seo Ri (Lim Ji Yeon), who becomes possessed by the spirit of a notorious villainess from the Joseon era, and Cha Se Gye (Heo Nam Jun), a ruthless chaebol known as the “monster of capitalism.”

Lim Ji Yeon plays actress Shin Seo Ri who has yet to make a name for herself and gets possessed by Joseon-era villainess Kang Dan Shim. The actress perfectly portrayed Kang Dan Shim’s sharp nature as she tries to survive in the 21st century.

Heo Nam Jun will portray Cha Se Gye, the heir to Chail Group. He shows an unexpected side, being easily controlled by Shin Seo Ri. At the script reading, Heo Nam Jun raised anticipation with his chemistry with Lim Ji Yeon.

Jang Seung Jo plays Cha Se Gye’s distant cousin Choi Moon Do. The actor carefully portrayed his character’s dual nature, showcasing Choi Moon Do’s hidden ambition beneath his gentle exterior.

Kim Min Seok will take on the role of Baek Kwang Nam, a job seeker living next door to Shin Seo Ri, Lee Se Hee will play Shin Seo Ri’s rival Yoon Ji Hyo, and Chae Seo An will play Mochang Group’s third daughter Mo Tae Hee. On April 3, the romance drama ended its run on a rise in its viewership ratings as it aired its series finale.

Expressing her gratitude to the show’s viewers, Lee Sung Kyung remarked,  “I’d like to sincerely thank everyone who laughed and cried together with us and cheered us on while watching ‘In Your Radiant Season.’ It was a drama I filmed with a heart full of passion during cold winter days, and I was really touched by the fact that those feelings resonated with viewers.”

She continued, “Considering how much love you gave us, I believe that the characters of ‘In Your Radiant Season’ are still happily living on. I hope that our viewers also enjoy a happy and healthy ‘radiant season’ of their own.”

Chae Jong Hyeop commented, “I was happy to have been able to greet you as [the character of] Sunwoo Chan. This story of different people, each carrying their own pain, meeting and finding healing that is likened to the changing seasons—it gradually seeped into my heart as well, and it has lingered with me for a long time.”

The episode ended with the ghost of Han Na Hyun’s older sister Han So Hyun (Hwang Bo Reum Byeol) appearing before Shin I Rang in his office, with Shin I Rang recognizing her instantly from the photo he’d seen in Han Na Hyun’s apartment.

Notably, the ghosts that seek out Shin I Rang have usually lost all their memories from when they were alive, and they hover in midair until they manage to regain their memories by figuring out their name and date of birth. On April 3, Dayoung released a music video teaser for her upcoming single “What’s a girl to do,” which will mark her first-ever solo comeback.

However, STARSHIP Entertainment has revealed that they did not know who Shiloh was during filming. The number of stock pre-orders is the amount of album stock that is produced prior to an album’s release. The figure is the estimated demand calculated using various factors, including how many albums were pre-ordered by fans.

With a month still left to go before the mini album’s release, it remains to be seen how much higher its stock pre-orders will climb in the weeks ahead—but “GREENGREEN” has already nearly tripled CORTIS’s first-week sales record of 436,367 achieved by their debut mini album “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES” earlier this year.

The latest episodes of “The Practical Guide to Love” really dial up the heartfelt moments, making us go “aww” more than once.

Up until now, the K-drama has centered on whether Ui Yeong (Han Ji Min) would choose the stable, dependable Tae Seop (Park Sung Hoon) or Ji Su (Lee Ki Taek), the free-spirited guy who is always chasing the wind. But as the climax of episode eight solidifies Ui Yeong’s feelings for the nice guy, this past week’s episodes shift their focus to the growth of her relationship with Tae Seop, while also highlighting Ji Su’s more mature side.

So, from Tae Seop and Ui Yeong’s adorable dates to Ji Su trying to salvage his friendship with her, here are four moments from the latest episodes of “The Practical Guide to Love” that made us go “aww.”

First date after love confession

At the end of episode eight, Ui Yeong finally confesses her feelings to Tae Seop, and the episode ends on a climax indicating that the couple will now move their relationship status from getting to know each other to officially dating. So, episode nine wastes no time and shows Tae Seop and Ui Yeong on their first-ever date as a couple. And while it is not as extravagant as their first blind date, which took place in a high-end restaurant, this modest ice cream walk feels anything but simple because of the significance behind it.

Both Ui Yeong and Tae Seop are shown holding their soft-serve cones with one hand, walking side by side with cheeks red as beetroots. Even though the couple is in their early 30s, their hesitant smiles and soft gazes are reminiscent of a teenage couple who just confessed their love. To top it off, Tae Seop says he still cannot believe that not only does he like Ui Yeong, but she likes him back. Seriously, Tae Seop’s nice-guy charm is actually working.

The forbidden office date

While Tae Seop might not be the best boss ever, he is pretty far up on the list. Every time he is shown with his employees, instead of being a stern figure who focuses solely on achieving the highest profit by milking his workers to the bone, he seems like someone who genuinely cares about his craft as well as the well-being of the people working under him. He does, however, have unbreakable rules, according to his employees. First, never drink in the office. Second, never date in the office. The reasoning behind both rules is simple; drinking and dating excite people, leading to accidents in an office filled with pointy tools and machinery.

But it seems like Tae Seop has forgotten these rules himself when he brings Ui Yeong to his office. All he wants to do is measure Ui Yeong so he can gift her the perfect ergonomic, hand-carved wooden chair. But one thing leads to another, and the couple is almost about to kiss when his employees, drinks in hand, walk in on them. While, in a different workplace in a different K-drama, this scene might have cost the three employees their jobs, in “The Practical Guide to Love,” the employees question Tae Seop about his relationship and tease him for dating in the office, and he responds by telling them they are breaking rule number one themselves. While this scene is primarily funny, it once again highlights the friendly relationship Tae Seop has with his employees, proving his kind and compassionate nature.

Ui Yeong stealing Tae Seop’s heart with her charisma

During the latest episodes of “The Practical Guide to Love,” Ui Yeong and Tae Seop go on multiple dates. From eating ice cream during a late-night walk to Tae Seop’s home-cooked brunch, to their furniture office date that showcases Tae Seop’s compassionate side, all of these moments focus more on Tae Seop’s lovestruck side. However, during episode 10, when Tae Seop tags along with Ui Yeong on her work trip, the audience finally gets to see Ui Yeong’s equally charismatic self.

After a full day of walking near the beach and eating at a locally famous eatery, the couple heads to a Ferris wheel. While they are in the air, looking at the city from tens of feet above the ground, Ui Yeong looks at Tae Seop and realizes he is afraid of heights to the point of not being able to look at the view. The only reason he agreed to get on the ride was to stay by Ui Yeong’s side. And Ui Yeong, the charisma-dripping person she is, smiles, looks him in the eyes, and says, “Keep your eyes on me. Not scared now, right?” Everyone can finally see why Tae Seop and Ji Su are so head over heels for her. Because not only is Ui Yeong beautiful, but she also knows how to bring people into the present moment and help them let go of their anxiety.

Ji Su stepping back to remain friends with Ui Yeong

Love triangles almost always mean one of the love interests is going to get their heart broken. So when Ui Yeong finally rejects Ji Su and officially starts dating Tae Seop, though painful, it is something the audience had been expecting for a few weeks. And despite previously rivaling Tae Seop, Ji Su shows a more mature side in the recent episodes.

At first, when Ui Yeong visits his café with her coworker, instead of making the situation awkward, Ji Su reassures her that they are simply back to being friends and that he will give her space to avoid discomfort. Later, when Ji Su learns that Ui Yeong’s superior has sent her on a blind date in hopes of securing a business deal, instead of rushing to the location to save her and be crowned the knight in shining armor, he calls Tae Seop and lets him handle the situation. While this action might seem like the bare minimum to some, it is still heartfelt to see a man who was initially introduced as almost bad-boy-esque show his mature side to preserve his newfound friendship with Ui Yeong.

One moment that, while not making our hearts flutter, did leave us feeling emotional was when Son Jeong A (Moon Jung Hee), Ji Su’s stepmother, finally realizes that her marriage to Ji Su’s father, Shin Ji Hun (Choi Won Young), is built on lies. After discovering that he began dating her while his now-late wife, Ji Su’s mother, was battling cancer, she files for divorce. Hopefully, she will continue to emotionally support Ji Su, especially as his own father seems uninterested in maintaining a healthy relationship with him.

“In Your Radiant Season” is a romance drama about the love story between Sunwoo Chan (Chae Jong Hyeop), a man who lives each day like an exciting summer vacation, and Song Ha Ran (Lee Sung Kyung), a woman who has closed herself off as through trapped in a long winter.

Seven years ago, while studying abroad in Boston, Sunwoo Chan ended up exchanging online messages with Song Ha Ran after his laptop was accidentally switched with that of his roommate Kang Hyuk Chan (Kwon Do Hyung), who had gone on a trip. At Kang Hyuk Chan’s request, Sunwoo Chan continued communicating with Song Ha Ran while pretending to be him. Through this, they developed a deep emotional connection, which ultimately became the decisive reason Song Ha Ran fell even more deeply for Kang Hyuk Chan. Later, Kang Hyuk Chan died in an explosion, while Sunwoo Chan also suffered critical injuries.

Seven years later, after reuniting with Song Ha Ran, Sunwoo Chan begins to uncover new memories amid recurring tinnitus and hallucinations, realizing there is another hidden truth. It is also revealed that Kang Hyuk Chan and Cha Su Jin (Lee Joo Yeon) had once been hospitalized in the same room, and that a physical altercation broke out when Sunwoo Chan confessed to Kang Hyuk Chan that he had been continuing to communicate with Song Ha Ran—an incident that ultimately became the trigger for the explosion. On top of that, when Cha Su Jin—who returned to Korea as a trainee doctor—blamed Sunwoo Chan as the one responsible for the accident, he disappeared without a trace.

In the final episode, Song Ha Ran greets spring alone in Sunwoo Chan’s absence. Still longing for him, she begins to pursue the truth about his past. However, she discovers his heartfelt drawing pad shattered to pieces, along with a cryptic note he left behind that reads, “Trial version ended.”

Amid this, Song Ha Ran recalls a meaningful remark Cha Su Jin once made to her and heads to the hospital where she is. Upon facing Song Ha Ran again, Cha Su Jin reveals everything—from the reason behind Sunwoo Chan’s disappearance to the decisive moment that led to Kang Hyuk Chan’s death, as well as her own relationship with him. Confronted with the unexpected truth, Song Ha Ran realizes that Sunwoo Chan had been trying to protect her until the very end.

Meanwhile, after learning of Yeon Tae Seok’s (Kwon Hyuk) true feelings, Song Ha Young (Han Ji Hyeon) keeps a subtle distance from him. Han Na Hyun was once Taebaek Law Firm’s cold-blooded ace attorney, a lawyer who proved everything through results alone. However, after meeting Shin I Rang, cracks began to form in her once-solid world. In the previous episode, Han Na Hyun initially tried to strategically use Shin I Rang’s abilities to secure a win, but ultimately found herself moved by the sincerity of the deceased, leading her to make a decision far removed from Taebaek’s principles. In a moment of crisis, she directly unlocked a kennel, allowing guard dogs to subdue the real culprit—a cathartic moment for viewers. However, her choice ultimately caused significant losses to the research institute, which was the firm’s client.

In the pre-release clip for Episode 7, Han Na Hyun appears as someone who has suddenly resigned. It raises curiosity about what decisive factor—between winning cases, losses, and her risky collaboration with Shin I Rang—ultimately led to her departure.

Starring GOT7’s Park Jinyoung and Kim Min Ju, “Still Shining” tells the story of young people who once shared a world of their own and gradually become the light in one another’s lives.

After a long journey that seemed to bring them back to each other, Yeon Tae Seo (Park Jinyoung) and Mo Eun Ah (Kim Min Ju) believed they could finally be together. However, overwhelming reality and unforeseen misunderstandings ultimately drove them apart once more. Yeon Tae Seo, consumed by fear as his collapsed grandmother failed to regain consciousness, and Mo Eun Ah, determined to complete the Tongyeong stay she had poured her heart and soul into on her own, ended up missing each other yet again.

However, in the newly released stills for today’s final episode, Yeon Tae Seo and Mo Eun Ah are set to reunite by chance in Yeonuri—a place filled with memories from their youth at 19 and 20.
