MBC’s “In Your Radiant Season” has unveiled new stills ahead of its final episode!

“In Your Radiant Season” is a romance drama about the love story between Sunwoo Chan (Chae Jong Hyeop), a man who lives each day like an exciting summer vacation, and Song Ha Ran (Lee Sung Kyung), a woman who has closed herself off as through trapped in a long winter.

Seven years ago, while studying abroad in Boston, Sunwoo Chan ended up exchanging online messages with Song Ha Ran after his laptop was accidentally switched with that of his roommate Kang Hyuk Chan (Kwon Do Hyung), who had gone on a trip. At Kang Hyuk Chan’s request, Sunwoo Chan continued communicating with Song Ha Ran while pretending to be him. Through this, they developed a deep emotional connection, which ultimately became the decisive reason Song Ha Ran fell even more deeply for Kang Hyuk Chan. Later, Kang Hyuk Chan died in an explosion, while Sunwoo Chan also suffered critical injuries.

Seven years later, after reuniting with Song Ha Ran, Sunwoo Chan begins to uncover new memories amid recurring tinnitus and hallucinations, realizing there is another hidden truth. It is also revealed that Kang Hyuk Chan and Cha Su Jin (Lee Joo Yeon) had once been hospitalized in the same room, and that a physical altercation broke out when Sunwoo Chan confessed to Kang Hyuk Chan that he had been continuing to communicate with Song Ha Ran—an incident that ultimately became the trigger for the explosion. On top of that, when Cha Su Jin—who returned to Korea as a trainee doctor—blamed Sunwoo Chan as the one responsible for the accident, he disappeared without a trace.

In the final episode, Song Ha Ran greets spring alone in Sunwoo Chan’s absence. Still longing for him, she begins to pursue the truth about his past. However, she discovers his heartfelt drawing pad shattered to pieces, along with a cryptic note he left behind that reads, “Trial version ended.”

Amid this, Song Ha Ran recalls a meaningful remark Cha Su Jin once made to her and heads to the hospital where she is. Upon facing Song Ha Ran again, Cha Su Jin reveals everything—from the reason behind Sunwoo Chan’s disappearance to the decisive moment that led to Kang Hyuk Chan’s death, as well as her own relationship with him. Confronted with the unexpected truth, Song Ha Ran realizes that Sunwoo Chan had been trying to protect her until the very end.

Meanwhile, after learning of Yeon Tae Seok’s (Kwon Hyuk) true feelings, Song Ha Young (Han Ji Hyeon) keeps a subtle distance from him. While on a business trip to Gangwon Province, Song Ha Young finds herself at risk of being stranded on the road due to heavy snowfall. Upon hearing the news, Yeon Tae Seok immediately rushes after her, but road closures caused by the snow put him in a dire situation. Will he safely find her, and what ending awaits the two?

“Phantom Lawyer” is a quirky yet heartwarming legal drama that follows the adventures of Shin I Rang (Yoo Yeon Seok), a lawyer who can see ghosts, and elite attorney Han Na Hyun (Esom) as they resolve the lingering grievances of their very unusual clients—ghosts—through the law.

Han Na Hyun was once Taebaek Law Firm’s cold-blooded ace attorney, a lawyer who proved everything through results alone. However, after meeting Shin I Rang, cracks began to form in her once-solid world. In the previous episode, Han Na Hyun initially tried to strategically use Shin I Rang’s abilities to secure a win, but ultimately found herself moved by the sincerity of the deceased, leading her to make a decision far removed from Taebaek’s principles. In a moment of crisis, she directly unlocked a kennel, allowing guard dogs to subdue the real culprit—a cathartic moment for viewers. However, her choice ultimately caused significant losses to the research institute, which was the firm’s client.

In the pre-release clip for Episode 7, Han Na Hyun appears as someone who has suddenly resigned. It raises curiosity about what decisive factor—between winning cases, losses, and her risky collaboration with Shin I Rang—ultimately led to her departure.

The clip begins with a tense standoff between Han Na Hyun and Taebaek’s CEO Yang Do Kyung (Kim Kyung Nam). Seeking her out after her resignation, Yang Do Kyung attempts to persuade her, saying, “There are times you win and times you lose,” and even offers her an overseas training opportunity in New York. However, Han Na Hyun firmly draws the line, stating, “I’ve already taken care of the compensation for the research institute,” and shows not a second of hesitation in rejecting his persistent request to return, repeatedly declaring, “I’m not going back!” before walking away. All eyes are now on the future path of Han Na Hyun, who has left Taebaek behind to go independent.

The newly released stills visually capture this shift in relationships. Shin I Rang, who has declared himself “free from ghosts” and begun taking on human clients, reunites with Han Na Hyun, who has become “free from Taebaek” and now stands outside the courthouse. Han Na Hyun’s cold gaze as she looks down at Shin I Rang sitting on the ground contrasts with Shin I Rang’s aggrieved expression toward her, creating a humorous dynamic. Notably, Yang Do Kyung is also seen witnessing the two, his expression clearly uncomfortable.

The production team commented, “It will be interesting to watch Han Na Hyun, who was once driven purely by cold logic, transform into a more humane lawyer after encountering the warm variable that is Shin I Rang.” They added, “Please look forward to the unique partnership between Shin I Rang and Han Na Hyun, who push each other away yet gradually become a team, as well as the tension created by Yang Do Kyung as he keeps them in check.”

Go Youn Jung has shared her thoughts on her character in JTBC’s upcoming drama “We Are All Trying Here.”

“We Are All Trying Here” tells the story of Hwang Dong Man (Koo Kyo Hwan), who, surrounded by successful friends, believes he is the only one whose life isn’t working out. Consumed by anguish, envy, and jealousy, he sets out on a journey in search of peace.

Go Youn Jung, who plays Byun Eun Ah, a planning PD at Choi Film, began by sharing her first impression of the script: “Since the story is set in the industry I belong to, it felt natural rather than unfamiliar, and there were many aspects I could deeply relate to.”

She also pointed out the more pronounced comedic elements in the drama. She added, “The humor isn’t simply light—it carries a dark, bittersweet tone, creating an atmosphere like a ‘black sitcom,’ which I found particularly impressive.”

Byun Eun Ah may appear tough—earning the nickname “Axe PD” at work for her sharp script critiques—but beneath the surface, she is a character living with existential anxiety. Go Youn Jung described her as “someone who imposes even stricter standards on herself internally, repeatedly asking, ‘Am I truly a person of value?’” She further explained, “When overwhelmed by extreme stress or anxiety, instead of crying, she gets nosebleeds. Rather than expressing her emotions outwardly, she suppresses them, continuing a quieter yet deeper internal struggle.”

Because of this, Go Youn Jung focused on conveying the character’s subtle internal shifts. “I paid close attention to details like slight changes in gaze, the rhythm of speech, and tonal inflections at the end of sentences,” she said. “Since she’s a character with a lot of empty space, I worked hard to fill that space with substance.”

Go Youn Jung also expressed her trust in her co-star Koo Kyo Hwan: “I often felt like I was really looking at Hwang Dong Man. While he has a bright and cheerful energy, there’s also a constant, unseen effort and inner struggle, which closely resembles Hwang Dong Man.” She added, “His acting had a clear sense of order within its freedom. The Hwang Dong Man I imagined came to life in a far more colorful and multidimensional way than expected, and I learned a lot and felt inspired.”

The story of Hwang Dong Man and Byun Eun Ah—who will bring a “green light” into the lives of many who feel “stuck” in their sense of worthlessness—is one of the key points to watch. Go Youn Jung described their relationship as “not particularly noticeable in society, but they instinctively recognize each other’s value and offer comfort.”

True to her interpretation, Byun Eun Ah is the only one who understands that Hwang Dong Man’s constant talking stems from the anxiety and loneliness he hides.

However, Go Youn Jung added, “I felt that the words Byun Eun Ah offers to support Hwang Dong Man are ultimately things she wanted to say to herself.” She continued, “They are moments where she comforts herself while comforting the other person, which made their relationship feel deeper and more genuine.”

Lastly, Go Youn Jung shared her sincere hope: “Through Byun Eun Ah’s journey, I hope viewers can come to see the feeling of ‘worthlessness’ not as something that must be eliminated, but as a process of understanding, accepting, and finding new meaning.” She added, “I hope you can feel a small sense of liberation in acknowledging and accepting yourself within that process.”

On April 3, a representative from the show confirmed that Park Bo Young and Lee Kwang Soo will be joining the show for its final episode of Season 4.

“Whenever Possible” follows hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Yeon Seok as they visit ordinary people during their brief moments of free time, aiming to sprinkle a bit of luck into their lives.

Park Bo Young and Lee Kwang Soo recently teamed up for the upcoming Disney+ original series “Gold Land.” As longtime friends, the two are expected to bring a fun and easygoing dynamic to the show.

“The Scarecrow” follows a detective investigating a series of murders who is forced into an unlikely partnership with a man he despises. Set between 1988 and 2019, the suspenseful story tracks two men bound by misfortune and an uneasy alliance of hatred as they chase the truth across 30 years.

Kwak Sun Young takes on the role of Seo Ji Won, a reporter for Gangseong Daily and an elementary-school classmate of Kang Tae Joo (Park Hae Soo). With a strong sense of duty and steadfast conviction that the truth of the case must be recorded and made known, she keeps a close watch on the police and serves as a kind of watchdog as the Gangseong serial murder investigation unfolds.

The newly released stills show Kwak Sun Young, who fully embodies Seo Ji Won herself. Despite her small frame in a scene crowded with reporters, she is expected to command a powerful presence—both as a “righteous journalist” and as a “loyal best friend” who worries more than anyone about Kang Tae Joo, who returns to his hometown after being demoted and sent away from Seoul.

Netflix’s “Bloodhounds” Season 2 is finally premiering today!

First released in 2023, “Bloodhounds” is an action noir about two young people who step into the world of loan sharks in pursuit of money and get caught up in a web of much darker forces. After taking down a loan shark ring in the first season, Gun Woo (Woo Do Hwan) and Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yi) are set to take on a global underground boxing league led by Baek Jeong (Rain) in Season 2.

Director Kim Joo Hwan shared that the new season amplifies the three key elements that defined Season 1—friendship, action, and a clear-cut evil to defeat. “The friendship is deeper and more intense, the action is faster and more powerful, and the villain is stronger and more brutal,” he explained, highlighting what sets Season 2 apart.

He added, “This time, the enemy is stronger than before. As the line between growth and regression collapses, everyone comes to realize that in order to fight evil, they sometimes have to accept and use their own darker side. This is not a story about being a universally loved hero, but about becoming an adult who would even kneel to protect their family.”

Above all, the director also pointed out that the strengthened bond between Gun Woo and Woo Jin is expected to remain one of the biggest draws this season.

Gun Woo has grown from a promising boxer into a full-fledged champion over the past three years. However, when the new villain Baek Jeong harms those he cares about, Gun Woo is plunged into inner turmoil.

Woo Do Hwan shared, “I wanted to show Gun Woo’s growth both physically and mentally,” adding, “Please look forward to his even more intense battles against stronger villains.”

Gun Woo’s steadfast partner Woo Jin remains by his side, just as he was three years ago. Lee Sang Yi once again brings charm to the character, portraying a more mature and reliable Woo Jin compared to Season 1.

Lee Sang Yi said, “You’ll see Woo Jin’s desperate fight to protect his family. Please look forward to the brotherhood and bromance between them.”

Meanwhile, Rain undergoes a striking transformation as Baek Jeong, the powerful antagonist who stands in opposition to Gun Woo and Woo Jin. Describing Baek Jeong as a “human weapon” capable of easily taking down even world champions, Rain said, “He’s a character who feels pleasure as others feel pain. I focused on portraying his instinctive nature.”

Director Kim Joo Hwan explained that the global illegal boxing league was chosen as the perfect stage to highlight the series’ core theme—the clash between humanity and money.

Action director Jung Sung Ho described Season 2’s action concept as “crazy-impact action,” explaining, “We focused on incorporating a wider range of boxing techniques that weren’t shown in Season 1. The action this season has a particularly strong, immediate impact.”

The cast also put in tremendous effort to bring the upgraded action to life. Jung Sung Ho noted, “Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi already demonstrated great action in Season 1 and are actors who train extensively. For Season 2, we focused on taking their boxing techniques to the next level.”

He added, “Rain had to master both orthodox and southpaw stances. We spent a lot of time working together to shape Baek Jeong’s unique style, creating a new kind of character.”

Kim Da Mi may be transforming into a hitwoman for her next drama!

On April 3, MyDaily reported that Kim Da Mi will take on the lead role in the new drama “The Obedient Killer” (literal title).

In response to the report, her agency commented, “It is one of the projects she is currently reviewing.”

Set in the 1970s–1980s, “The Obedient Killer” tells the story of a woman whose only life goal was to become a devoted wife and mother. However, after her divorce, in order to survive, she takes a job at a suspicious company that claims to support women entering the workforce. There, the quiet and obedient woman—who has lived her life without making a sound or leaving a trace—discovers an unexpected talent: the ability to eliminate a person without a sound or a trace.

Kim Da Mi has been offered the role of Go Dal Boon, a once-obedient wife who, after being divorced, enters this suspicious line of work in order to bring back her young daughter.

The drama will be created by writer Kang Eun Kyung of “Dr. Romantic” and “Gyeongseong Creature,” with a script by Joo Hwa Mi of “The Atypical Family” and directed by Lee Jung Heum of “Our Movie.”

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to fans who always send NCT their unwavering support.

After a long period of in-depth discussions with Mark regarding the direction of his future activities and following adequate conversations between both parties, we came to a mutual agreement to conclude his exclusive contract as of April 8. Accordingly, Mark will end all NCT activities, including NCT 127 and NCT DREAM.

Since debuting in 2016 as part of NCT, Mark has demonstrated outstanding abilities not only in group promotions but also as a solo artist, showing remarkable activities over the past 10 years. We would like to convey our gratitude for the valuable time we have shared together, and we sincerely cheer on Mark as he leaves the team and begins a new leap forward.

Going forward, NCT 127 plans to continue activities with seven members—Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan—and NCT DREAM plans to continue activities with six members—Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung.

Hello, Czennies…

I debuted as NCT U on April 9, 2016, and now that it’s already April 2026, a full 10 years have truly passed… So much has happened over those 10 years—I’ve performed on so many stages, and above all, I feel like I’vemade so many memories. I know very well that there are Czennies who have liked me since the SM Rookies days, so if you include that time, it has actually been more than 10 years. How have the past ten-plus years been for you, Czennies…? I think I’ve truly, truly been nothing but happy. Now that 10 years have passed, I want to personally share with Czennies—who have made me happy every single day without fail for such a long time—my new decision and the new chapter ahead, by writing it out myself by hand.

I know this may feel very sudden to everyone… But in fact, ever since my trainee days—or maybe even before that—I’ve always carried a dream in my heart. I dreamed of traveling around with just an acoustic guitar, busking on the streets, and I loved writing in English so much that I even wanted to become a writer. I was too young to fully understand that dream clearly or picture it perfectly in my head, but because I loved music and the stage, I auditioned in Canada 14 years ago, and at SM, I began my musical journey for the first time as part of NCT.

Because my “firsts” began at SM and with NCT, I was able to come to know myself more and to find the very best version of myself. All I feel is gratitude. Through NCT, it feels like I’ve been able to experience the sky, the land, the sea, and the mountains all in the greatest way. After spending 10 years seeing and experiencing the world at its fullest and going on the best journey, I think I naturally began to wonder: what is the best dream I can possibly dream? What is the greatest work and purpose I can have, living my life as a person named Mark? And since this is the time when my 10-year contract is coming to an end, I awakened every sense I’d been carrying in my heart and thought about it for a long time. In the end, I found myself truly curious about what the exact, fully realized shape of that dream might be—and I wanted to dive in and devote myself to it properly. I think I’ve come to truly want to find, clearly and for real, what my music—or my “fruit”—will be and how I can bring it into fruition in this world and to make that happen no matter what.

As I talked a lot with each and every member, it got to the point where just thinking about it makes me tear up—because in the end, every single member, without exception, told me they support me. I’ll feel sorry for the rest of my life, and more than anything, I’m grateful. I want to say once again a huge, huge thank you—to the older members who see me as their cute little brother and to the younger members who see me as a leader. To all the members who, in making this decision, listened most closely to my worries, heard my heart out, thought about me, shared their opinions, and gave me nothing but meaningful, wonderful conversations: thank you so much, and I love you. With the members I boarded the same ship with, we’ve made the best voyage over the past ten-plus years. And as someone who has always loved going into the water, now that I’m saying I want to swim, these are the members who are cheering on my deep dive—with love, no less. I will also keep on supporting and loving you from here on out.

After being chosen through a global audition in 2012, I want to thank everyone for a lifetime—from the training team to every instructor, everyone at the company, the managers, the directors, the executives, and staff in every department—for having raised me and helped me grow into who I am today.

But… no matter how big a decision I’ve made, I truly understand that it doesn’t automatically ease everyone’s worries, concerns, and hardship just because it’s “a big challenge” that I’m taking on alone. I know that announcing a major decision for a new chapter in my life cannot soften—through this one handwritten letter alone—the change that could come as a huge shock and hurt to Czennies who have loved me as “NCT’s Mark,” to Mark fans, and to the general public. That’s why my heart feels so heavy. I think I spent an extremely long time worrying and thinking, over and over again, about what the most mature choice and the best way to go about it would be. I’m so sorry that the result of all those long deliberations has ultimately led to this situation, which may seem so inadequate, and my heart feels very heavy.

I thought that what I can do in this situation—especially for you, Czennies, whom I’m most grateful to—is to convey my genuine, sincere feelings. And when I looked into my heart, I realized that at the end of that sincerity, more than anything else, what I most wanted to express was my gratitude. To every Czennie, and to everyone who has known me and supported me up until now, I want to say as strongly as I can: thank you. Truly, truly, thank you. YH Entertainment’s upcoming boy group AND2BLE has confirmed its member lineup.

On April 3, News1 reported that former ZEROBASEONE members Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyu Vin, and Han Yu Jin along with former EVNNE member Yoo Seung Eon will be debuting as a five-member group.

In response to the report, a representative of YH Entertainment confirmed, “YH Entertainment’s new boy group will debut as a five-member group with Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyu Vin, Han Yu Jin, and the final addition of Yoo Seung Eon.”

Named AND2BLE, the new boy group is currently gearing up to debut in May.

Netflix has unveiled a new glimpse of its upcoming drama “If Wishes Could Kill”!

“If Wishes Could Kill” is a horror series about a group of high schoolers who suddenly learn that they are fated to die after being cursed by a mysterious wish-granting app called “GIRIGO.” As they race against time to escape the app’s deadly curse, they wind up uncovering its sinister truth.

The newly released stills capture the stark contrast between five students’ lives before and after they become caught up in the curse of the GIRIGO app. Initially, the teenagers start out as ordinary high school students, wearing bright smiles and playful expressions as they go about their peaceful everyday lives.

However, the five students’ worlds come crumbling down in an instant after they wind up cursed by the deadly app. Some look terrified; others are wounded and drenched in sweat as they make desperate choices to survive.

Jeon So Young will star as Se Ah, who is the first to grow suspicious of the GIRIGO app. A promising track-and-field athlete, Se Ah refuses to give up on saving her friends until the very end.

Kang Mina will play Se Ah’s beautiful and popular friend Na Ri, who is always in the spotlight at school because of her wealthy background and idol-esque looks. Na Ri vehemently refuses to believe Se Ah’s claims about GIRIGO’s true nature, and she falls into panic and confusion while attempting to deny the unbelievable situation unfolding around her.

Baek Sun Ho will play Geon Woo, a popular student with a cheerful personality who is secretly dating Se Ah. As Se Ah’s boyfriend, Geon Woo strives to protect her and uncover the truth about the app that is causing strange things to happen to them.

“Yumi’s Cells” is set to raise a dazzling curtain on the musical stage!

On April 3, production companies Sam Company and Studio N announced the launch of the musical “Yumi’s Cells,” which will open on June 30 at the CJ Towol Theater of the Seoul Arts Center, and unveiled its cast lineup along with a poster.

The newly unveiled official poster, created with the participation of world-renowned visual artist Yoshida Yuni, completes the production’s distinctive identity. This poster, which embodies Yumi’s inner cells with blue heart-shaped objects and adds a striking accent with heart-shaped pink lips, heightens viewers’ visual anticipation by signaling that the imagination of the original webtoon will be expanded into a tangible world brought to life on stage.

The main cast members who will lead the production also draw attention. Tiffany Young and Kim Ye Won have been named for the role of Yumi, while the role of the mysterious cell “109,” which does not appear in the original webtoon, will be played by VIXX’s Leo and 2AM’s Jeong Jinwoon. MBC’s “In Your Radiant Season” has shared a new glimpse of its upcoming finale!

“In Your Radiant Season” is a romance drama about the love story between Sunwoo Chan (Chae Jong Hyeop), a man who lives each day like an exciting summer vacation, and Song Ha Ran (Lee Sung Kyung), a woman who has closed herself off as through trapped in a long winter.

Previously on “In Your Radiant Season,” Sunwoo Chan had planned to reveal the truth to Song Ha Ran about his connection to her former boyfriend, but things went awry when she unexpectedly discovered the truth on her own before he had the chance to explain. To make things worse, Sunwoo Chan then found out that he had been the cause of the accidental explosion from seven years ago. Devastated by this new knowledge, he abruptly disappeared after leaving behind only a brief note with no explanation.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming final episode, Song Ha Ran embarks on a desperate search to find Sunwoo Chan. After spotting some art on social media, Song Ha Ran becomes convinced that they are the work of Sunwoo Chan and sets out to track him down by heading to the location where the art in question was drawn.

Meanwhile, after vanishing without a trace and cutting off contact with everyone in his life, Sunwoo Chan spends his days alone at a remote seaside spot. Still unable to forget Song Ha Ran, the lonely Sunwoo Chan gazes off into the distance with eyes full of melancholy and longing.

According to the drama’s production team, the final episode of “In Your Radiant Season” will reveal the full truth about the fatal explosion that took place in Boston seven years ago.

SBS’s upcoming drama “Sold Out on You” has unveiled its main posters!

“Sold Out on You” is a romantic comedy about the unexpected love story between Matthew Lee (Ahn Hyo Seop), a perfectionist farmer juggling multiple jobs, and Dam Ye Jin (Chae Won Bin), a top home shopping show host who suffers from severe insomnia.

The first of two newly released posters captures the duo at Matthew Lee’s farm, surrounded by the extremely rare white mushrooms that have brought Dam Ye Jin all the way to his quiet rural village. While Matthew Lee looks relaxed and at ease, just as one would expect at his place of work, Dam Ye Jin wears an amusing pout as she sits next to him fully decked out in farming gear.

However, the two leads exude an entirely different aura once they step into the television studio. Surrounded by cameras and lighting equipment, both Dam Ye Jin and Matthew Lee wear confident expressions as they stare straight into the camera as if trying to “sell” their drama to potential viewers.

“Phantom Lawyer” is reaching the first half of its run, and Shin I Rang (Yoo Yeon Seok) is on track to become the best lawyer in his field. Although, he is probably the only lawyer with the ability to actually see and talk with the dead victims. As he starts to master his bizarre yet amazing gift, the cases that arrive at his office also turn more complicated, adding a bit more gruesome and frustrating settings along the story. Here are some of the times that this show irked us during its latest episodes. 

Warning: spoilers from episodes 5-6 ahead! 

1. Han Na Hyun constantly antagonizing Shin I Rang

For someone who is supposed to be an ally, Han Na Hyun (Esom) surely knows how to play the villainess. Her character is far more complex than we are let on so far. She might have a sad backstory, but that doesn’t exactly motivate her actions. At times, she appears to be willing to open up to Shin I Rang, but the more he insists on his ability to see ghosts in front of her, the more she turns hostile toward him. This doesn’t mean she is hateful, though she might want to look like it. And her ambiguous personality ends up not only confusing the viewers but I Rang as well. 

Furthermore, the new case I Rang is dealing with doesn’t make things any easier for him. His new client, brilliant scientist Jeon Sang Ho (cameo by Yoon Na Moo), is unable to accept that he is dead or that his wife appears to be the one who killed him. In that sense, this time around, I Rang struggles to fully understand the ghost he is supposed to help. And given his sensitive personality, Na Hyun doesn’t hesitate to use him to her advantage and to build her client’s (the ghost’s wife) defense, which also puts I Rang in a difficult situation. 

2. Yang Do Kyung digging up information on Shin I Rang 

But I Rang isn’t the only one looking for clues about Sang Ho’s murder. As this rookie lawyer starts to stand out more for his suspiciously accurate information and unusual actions, Yang Do Kyung (Kim Kyung Nam) also begins to get curious about him, and that isn’t a good thing. So far, Do Kyung hasn’t done anything against I Rang per se, but his eerie personality and greed make him seem dangerous somehow. Not to mention, he’s been colluding with some of the criminals whom I Rang has sent to jail. 

Since he’s following him in the shadows, it surely won’t be long before Do Kyung can discover I Rang’s secret. Although, it is yet to be seen whether he will believe it or if he will be as skeptical as Na Hyun. In the meantime, Do Kyung takes the opportunity to frame I Rang for Sang Ho’s murder after he finds the man’s body hidden in the woods. Luckily, I Rang is able to clear all charges and even gets the chance to tease Do Kyung in his own way. But that doesn’t mean that this man isn’t a threat for I Rang.

3. The ghost’s emotional possession of Shin I Rang  

From the beginning, Shin I Rang has been a big softy and has a weak spot for anyone who has been treated unfairly, which is why he is the perfect person to take on the ghosts’ cases. However, given the nature of the crime in these episodes, the ghost possessions of I Rang turn even more emotional and violent. So much so that he even goes after the man’s father-in-law, who is suspected to be the real murderer, after it is revealed that they had some discrepancies as a family. Despite the drama’s good balance between thriller and comedy until now, this time it definitely has a darker vibe. 

This new development even makes I Rang’s mother intervene. Finally revealing that she is aware of her son’s strange gift to see ghosts, she begs him to get rid of all the amulets that seem to be bringing them to him. But I Rang is already emotionally invested in his work. Not only as a lawyer, since we’ve seen very little of him in court, but as a helper for all the people who, very much like him, have struggled in life. He might not be the smartest or strongest of male leads; he might even be a bit of a fool, but he has a heart so brave that no one can deny he is perfect for this job. 

4. The discovery of the murderer’s true identity 

In the end, everything resolves rather hastily. After making several twists and turns that hide the identity of Sang Ho’s murderer, I Rang, with Na Hyun’s help, eventually discovers that it was his colleague, driven by jealousy and greed, who killed him. Not only that, but the man’s twisted personality and his cruelty toward animals make his actions all the more despicable and disgusting to watch. And though they catch the bad guy and karma quite literally bites him, this ending feels a little bit more bittersweet than the others.

Sang Ho is able to find the cure that his father-in-law so desperately needed, saving his wife and her family, but the man is still losing his own son and life in the process. So, despite sending his client peacefully to the afterlife, the emotional and physical strain on I Rang is more than evident. But who should this lawyer be more afraid of? The evil spirits that might be sneaking around him, or the living enemies that are after his head? We will find out about it in the next episodes of “Phantom Lawyer”!

Coupang Play’s upcoming drama “Absolute Value of Romance” has unveiled a new poster and teaser!

“Absolute Value of Romance” tells the story of high school student Yeo Eui Ju (Kim Hyang Gi), who secretly writes a BL novel featuring her handsome teachers as the main characters. However, when she winds up running into these teachers in real life at unexpected moments, her once-peaceful school life takes a turbulent turn.

The newly released main poster grabs attention with the stark contrast in the atmosphere between Yeo Eui Ju, who is completely absorbed in writing her novel, and the four handsome teachers around her—Woo Su (Cha Hak Yeon), Da Ju (Kim Jae Hyun), Gi Jeon (Sohn Jeong Hyuck), and Dong Ju (Kim Dong Gyu).

Unlike Eui Ju’s bright, sparkling eyes as she senses she is about to hit it big with a blockbuster project in front of her laptop, the teachers—who have unknowingly become characters in her story—wear bewildered facial expressions, foreshadowing the cheerful, comedic commotion that lies ahead.

The main trailer released alongside the poster captures the eventful, roller-coaster story of Eui Ju—once a “total flop of a writer”—being reborn as a “hit-making author” thanks to the newly appointed, good-looking teachers. With the line, “A great work needs great inspiration,” the four handsome men appear and ignite Eui Ju’s creative instincts, and she skyrockets overnight into a popular writer.

But the joy is short-lived: as word begins to spread around the school about the true nature of the BL novel modeled after the teachers, the atmosphere quickly takes a sharp turn. Ominous lines like, “Take it down right now!” and, “We’re going to expel you,” follow one after another, heightening curiosity about what kind of backlash will hit Eui Ju and the teachers as they find themselves on the brink of an unexpected crisis.

Super Junior’s Eunhyuk has made a generous donation on his birthday!

On April 3, Samsung Medical Center revealed that Eunhyuk donated 100 million won (approximately $66,250) to celebrate his birthday (April 4). Eunhyuk’s donation will be used to support research and the development of treatment overcoming severe lung disease.

Eunhyuk remarked, “I resolved to make a donation in hopes of offering even a small amount of help to patients suffering from severe lung disease. I hope that treatment and new medicine can be soon developed so that many people can recover their health and enjoy comfortable daily lives.”

Last year, Eunhyuk made donations to support firefighters and relief workers responding to wildfires in the Yeongnam region as well contributions for the prevention of child abuse. He also carried out a donation project with fans to celebrate Super Junior’s 20th debut anniversary.

Currently, Super Junior is also gearing up for “SUPER SHOW 10” SJ-CORE in Seoul at the KSPO Dome tonight.

tvN’s upcoming drama “Filing for Love” has shared a new sneak peek of the chemistry between leads Gong Myoung and Shin Hae Sun!

“Filing for Love” is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Noh Ki Joon (Gong Myoung), the ace of a major corporation’s audit department, who is suddenly demoted to the team that handles internal misconduct. As a result, he winds up getting entangled with Joo In Ah (Shin Hae Sun), a tough and eccentric team leader who is hiding a secret.

Joo In Ah, a perfectionist who is strict about doing everything by the book, is a disciplined worker who has earned the title of the “youngest female executive” at her company. In newly released stills from the upcoming drama, she exudes an intimidating aura that suggests she is a force to be reckoned with.

Noh Ki Joon, on the other hand, has fallen into despair after being hand-picked by Joo In Ah to join her team, resulting in an instant demotion for the once high-flying auditor.

As they start working closely together, Noh Ki Joon initially vows to take Joo In Ah down once and for all—but before long, he finds himself falling for the woman he once detested.

Out in the field, this power duo will investigate workplace misconduct cases that range from trivial to hilarious and sad at the same time. In one still, Joo In Ah takes charge at the scene with a fierce gaze while Noh Ki Joon fails to hide his bewilderment as he stands behind her. In another, the two make a pitiful attempt at a stealth operation as they try to hide behind magazines.

Both stars spoke enthusiastically about their experience working together, with Shin Hae Sun sharing, “Gong Myoung is a very upright and dedicated guy. Thanks to him, I felt comfortable on set and we were able to create great chemistry.”

Gong Myoung similarly remarked, “[Shin Hae Sun] treated me so well on set, and we had really great acting chemistry.” He added, “I was surprised by how well she pulled off her character, and during the moments when we looked one another in the eye while acting together, I felt my heart flutter.”

When asked to choose keywords to sum up Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Joon’s relationship Shin Hae Sun chose “magnets” and “variable.” She explained, “Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Joon have polar-opposite personalities, and when the unpredictable Noh Ki Joon enters perfectionist Joo In Ah’s life, all of her plans go awry.”

Meanwhile, Gong Myoung asked viewers to keep an eye on the two characters’ “polar-opposite chemistry,” noting, “While the tough and cool-headed Joo In Ah may initially seem like the polar opposite of the very human and relatable Noh Ki Joon, I think that their differences are actually what make them attracted to one another.”

Disney+’s upcoming drama “Gold Land” has unveiled new stills of Kim Sung Cheol in character!

“Gold Land” follows Hee Joo (Park Bo Young), a security screening officer at an international airport who unexpectedly comes into possession of gold bars tied to an illegal smuggling ring. As those around her become consumed by greed and betrayal, Hee Joo is drawn into a dangerous battle—not just with others, but with her own growing desire to keep the gold.

Kim Sung Cheol plays Woo Gi, an employee at the loan company Yes Money. He is a quick-witted character who first discovers that Hee Joo is hiding gold bars. On the surface, he seems to cooperate with her, but he gives off a risky vibe, always ready to betray trust when the chance arises.

With a friendly approach, he creates a family-like atmosphere with Hee Joo, yet in an instant, he can turn into a partner in crime, keeping his true intentions unpredictable. As a character closely tied to the protagonist but never fully reliable, his unpredictable choices keep viewers on edge.

Kim Sung Cheol spoke about his character, saying, “I tried not to reveal too much of his inner thoughts to preserve the dramatic mystery. I tried to portray his gaze, words, and actions toward Kim Hee Joo as unpredictable. Above all, I wanted him to seem like a carefree person who can still deliver a punch.”

Director Kim Seong Hoon explained his casting choice, saying, “Woo Gi is a character who shapes his own desires between the chance of gold and the presence of Kim Hee Joo. I thought Kim Sung Cheol’s mix of handsomeness and ruggedness suited Woo Gi. I believed he is an actor who could seem bright and lighthearted on the surface but carry an undercurrent of danger.”

He added, “He is an actor who comes extremely well-prepared for his roles. By deeply studying the character and preparing a range of expressions, Kim Sung Cheol was able to fully showcase his own charmingly rogue-like appeal.”

Consisting of 10 episodes, “Gold Land” is set to premiere episodes 1 and 2 on April 29 and will release two new episodes each week.

“The Scarecrow” has unveiled a new trailer!

“The Scarecrow” follows a detective investigating a series of murders who is forced into an unlikely partnership with a man he despises. Set between 1988 and 2019, the suspenseful story tracks two men bound by misfortune and an uneasy alliance of hatred as they chase the truth across 30 years.

The main trailer features detective Kang Tae Joo (Park Hae Soo), prosecutor Cha Si Young (Lee Hee Joon), and reporter Seo Ji Won (Kwak Sun Young) as they pursue the “real culprit” and the truth behind the Gangseong serial murder case.

The newly released trailer opens with a powerful impact, showing Kang Tae Joo confronting a man in prison as he narrates, “I finally found you—the murderer I’ve been searching for.” The story then shifts from their meeting in 2019 back to 1988, when a string of murders shakes Kang Tae Joo’s hometown of Gangseong. As he investigates the case, Tae Joo is thrown into further turmoil by the arrival of Cha Si Young, his former school rival and now the prosecutor in charge.

Drawing a clear line between them, Tae Joo declares, “You do your job, and I’ll do mine,” as he remains determined to catch the culprit. But as the investigation drags on, the tension between them only deepens. Cha Si Young coldly reminds him, “Detective Kang, you seem to forget—I’m a prosecutor before I’m your friend,” prompting Tae Joo to grab him by the collar and snap, “If you call me your friend one more time, I’ll kill you.”

Despite their hostility, Tae Joo eventually reaches out first, saying, “Let’s catch him together,” and begins to open up to Si Young. Meanwhile, reporter Seo Ji Won—who is also Tae Joo’s close friend and is chasing the same truth—joins the effort in her own way, declaring, “I’ll help you catch the culprit, so just wait.”

However, as hinted by the phrase “Bring justice to the crime, or bury it?”, the investigation begins to veer in an entirely different direction. Above all, the faint smile on the silhouette of the “Scarecrow” in response to Tae Joo’s warning pushes the mystery to its peak.

ENA’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “The Scarecrow” premieres on April 20 at 10 p.m. KST.

Helmed by “Train to Busan” and “Peninsula” director Yeon Sang Ho, “Colony” follows the story that unfolds as a building is blockaded due to an unknown virus as those infected evolve into unpredictable forms, threatening the survivors.

Ji Chang Wook plays Choi Hyun Seok, a member of the building’s security team who fights to protect his loved ones amid the sudden outbreak. Trapped inside with his older sister Choi Hyun Hee (Kim Shin Rok), who had come to visit him during his long-awaited vacation, Hyun Seok does everything he can to keep her safe—carrying her, who has a lower-body disability, on a camping carrier. His unwavering determination to endure even the most extreme circumstances in order to protect his sister highlights both his desperation and strong sense of responsibility.

The newly released stills capture Hyun Seok in tense moments following the outbreak. From stepping forward with a pole to protect others, to facing infected individuals alone, and closely monitoring CCTV screens, the images raise anticipation over how Hyun Seok—who knows the building’s layout inside and out as a security team member—will navigate the crisis.

Ji Chang Wook shared, “A key point to watch is how the infected change, as well as how the survivors evolve and respond. It will be a very thrilling and suspenseful new film.”

Director Yeon Sang Ho added, “I always thought he was an actor with strong action skills, but I was equally impressed by his emotional acting. He’s someone who carefully studies his character and designs detailed performances.”

“Colony” is scheduled to hit theaters in May.

tvN’s “Mad Concrete Dreams” is a thriller drama starring Ha Jung Woo as Ki Su Jong, a struggling landlord who gets caught up in crime to protect his family and property. Despite achieving the coveted status of a landlord, mounting debts lead him to become entangled in a staged kidnapping. However, the plan spirals out of control as the fake kidnapping turns dangerously real.

Previously in the drama, Min Hwal Seong (Kim Jun Han) caused chaos by kidnapping his own wife Jeon Yi Gyeong (Krystal), before falling into a coma following an accident. During that time, a secret he had been hiding was revealed—his affair with his friend Ki Su Jong’s wife Kim Seon (Im Soo Jung). Upon learning the truth, Ki Su Jong was devastated by betrayal and overwhelmed by feelings of inferiority toward Min Hwal Seong.

Unaware that her husband’s affair partner was Kim Seon, Jeon Yi Gyeong had been confiding in her and receiving comfort from her. However, as seeds of doubt regarding the woman she once trusted began to sprout, their relationship became strained.
