Hanyang High’s rugby team is going head-to-head with their longtime rivals in tonight’s episode of “The Winning Try”! “The Winning Try” is a new drama starring Yoon Kye Sang as Joo Ga Ram, a former rugby star who falls from grace due to a doping scandal. After he returns to his alma mater as the new coach of its rugby team, which is ranked last in the country, he leads the underdog squad on a quest to win the National Sports Festival. Spoilers In the upcoming episode, the Hanyang Physical Education High School rugby team is competing in the Presidential Cup National Rugby Championship. Their first-round opponents are none other than Daesang High, last year’s national champions. On August 14, the romantic comedy enjoyed a modest increase in viewership for its latest episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the eighth episode of “My Girlfriend is the Man!” scored an average nationwide rating of 1.1 percent, marking a slight rise from the previous night’s 0.9 percent. Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “My Girlfriend is the Man!” is a romantic comedy about a college student whose girlfriend unexpectedly transforms into a man. ASTRO’s Yoon San Ha stars as Park Yoon Jae, an astronomy student who is head over heels for his girlfriend Kim Ji Eun (played by OH MY GIRL’s Arin).
