Eun Ho is a cynical nine-tailed fox who grants wishes for a living — and is determined never to become human. She is from Myohyangsan Mountain having spent centuries cultivating herself to become human — until she decides she doesn’t want to be. But when a sudden accident involving Kang Si Yeol, a narcissistic yet warm-hearted star soccer player, turns her into an ordinary human, one wish gone wrong sparks a magical, chaotic romance neither of them ever asked for. Love was never part of the plan. Si Yeol is the central striker for Thames FC. He is a divisive talent — ill-suited to team play, yet so dominant he can carry even a relegation-bound club to a title. His life is stripped of glamour and defined by routine. That balance is disrupted when a mysterious business card, once given to him by Eun Ho, resurfaces — nine years later. Thrown together by fate (and a wish gone sideways), Eun Ho and Si Yeol tumble into a push-and-pull, love-hate relationship filled with snappy one-liners, chaotic misunderstandings, and the kind of sparks they swear they don’t feel. As the supernatural collides with real-life emotions, the two discover that the hardest rules to follow are the ones their hearts keep breaking. Choosing a carefully balanced life over humanity, Eun Ho's orderly existence begins to unravel when she crosses paths with Si Yeol.

“No Tail to Tell” — A Tale That Will Grow Beautifully With Each Episode!! Loved the first two episodes—perfect pilot plots. They smartly laid the foundation for the characters and their relationships.Eunho being sly, prickly, and self-centered perfectly aligns with her foxy nature, and her love for money and “enjoy life at all costs” attitude fits beautifully with her character synopsis. Siyeol’s hard work and discipline have shaped who he is today, and even his slightly narcissistic tendencies are subtly hinted at in the pilot, exactly as they should be.At this point in the story, the leads are practically strangers or more like a client- business owner pair—so expecting blooming chemistry right away doesn’t make sense at all.And the most important point: first and foremost, "Eunho" has to become “HUMAN” to truly understand human life and emotions—to figure out why humans feel love in the first place and how these emotions constantly shape, confuse, and mess with them in everyday life (sad human life 😭). Only after that will the real chemistry come into the picture, growing naturally alongside their relationship and Eunho's normal human life.I have high hopes this show will grow more beautiful with each episode. Recently, dramas often start with a bang but then lose their spark midway or mess up the ending and eventually get dropped. So a start like this feels more settling to me personally—it genuinely makes me look forward to future episodes and how the story will unfold. Now, coming to the acting: Kim Hye Yoon is absolutely slaying as Eunho. Her dialogue delivery, diction, expressions, and attitude for a sly, cunning, self-centered, arrogant, long-lived fox are just on point. And those fits she’s serving are the cherry on top. Lomon is also doing a great job and complements the character well.Looking forward to the upcoming episodes. And will definitely update my review after the show ends.

My Purple Skies

I am forcing myself to watch I think I am being hasty, dropping it so early but, I'm literally forcing myself to watch solely because I like the cast so much but, they're not doing a good job of keeping my interest.I have watched plenty of Gumiho dramas in the past and loved all of them. The quirky mischievous kangchi in Gu family book, Sweet, innocent and childnlike Gumiho in My girlfriend is a gumiho, elegant gentleman Shin wooyeo in my roomate is a gumiho, and the best in my opinion Tale of the nine tailed 1 and 2 gave us all sorts of Gumihos and creatures alike, some a little evil, some not so much...but the Gumiho in this drama is insufferable, she's selfish, rude, childish and an absolute pain to watch, to make matters worse she's played by Kim hye yoon! for gods sakes!! Do you know how bad a character has to be to make Hyeyoon unbearable to watch??? Bad, god awful bad!! I cannot stand Eunho for one second, and I know I understand she's traumatized , she's got issues that make behave this way and she's the main character so she's bound to develop, but I don't have the patience to wait, I can't. Maybe if by the time it finishes airing I hear that it got better I could give it another chance but for now, it's just upsetting me.

Not your ordinary gumiho story I am not a fan of romcom or fantasy genre but i starting watching this because im attracted with the idea of MZ gumiho that's out of ordinary portrayed in common tell. So far the story is fast paced, catchy and colorful fashionista while making people anticipating the development of all characters. Im anticipating more plot development as it is only 2 episodes coming out. Definitely im seated!

will this get better.. I’m really trying to get through this kdrama, hope the next few episodes aren’t as confusing and random. the actress and actor are usually so good. hyeyoon is usually the queen of sassy and confident female characters, but I don’t know if I’m judging too fast— but she makes it harddd to watch. We’ve watched Lomon play courageous and and energetic characters, but here his acting feels flat and random. I really hope, the next few episodes make it worth it.

Quirky gumiho fantasy that dives into life philoso...

Quirky gumiho fantasy that dives into life philosophy, psychology and romance in a fun way. This drama explores the philosophical questions and debates that we, as humans, have been having about since centuries.1) Materialism vs Idealism2) Immortality vs mortality3) Ego vs Superego4) Karma vs Fate5) Is being ignorant and blissful better than suffering the consequences of discovering the truth? 6) Can money buy everything?7) What is the true meaning of success?8) What is love?9) "Et tu, Brute?" Seems very serious and deep right? Except its NOT because the writer has masterfully talked about it in the most light hearted way possible through this mythological modern fantasy. 😁PLOT - A wish granting gumiho decides to live an immortal life of materialism catering to her and her only 💅. Her self absorbed self meets a young man with will of steel who believes in himself and himself only💅. What can you offer to someone who doesn't seek? This encounter leads to an interesting twist in their life. Opposite attract? No! This is "diamond cuts diamond"⚔️. Will these two self centered individuals see beyond themselves? Who will win the battle of wits? Can love triumph self obsession? Will our philosophical questions be answered? What is the meaning of life? Tune in to learn about the characters, the human world and yourself. 🤓☝️I was shocked as to how much thought has gone into some of the underlying themes here. I have to wait and see how well they are able to execute it till the very end but so far, it has been a delight.

the plot I love this drama because of its unpredictable storyline, great acting, beautiful and handsome actors, always keeping you on the edge of your seat in every episode, and the chemistry between the main characters is truly amazing. Every scene feels meaningful and emotional, the soundtrack fits perfectly with the mood, the visuals are stunning, and the character development is very well written. The plot never feels boring, the dialogue is natural and touching, and the twists always surprise me. I really appreciate the hard work of the cast and crew, and I can't wait for the next episode❤️

this is amazing I love everything about this drama: the actors, the plot, the music, the chemistry! My eyes, ears, brain, and heart are enjoying it immensely. I'm amazed and delighted at how they managed to blend both humor and drama so seamlessly into this drama! You could turn it into quotes and memes! What images the fox has! A gumiho who relies only on her magical powers and a man who relies only on himself and stubbornly pursues his goal no matter what! It's an interesting and dynamic story.

This review may contain spoilers I'm loving this...

I'm loving this drama, and I just can't get enough of it 😍! The female lead's acting is absolutely phenomenal, she's so effortlessly convincing in her role. The way she brings her character to life is just amazing 💯. And the chemistry between the leads? 🔥 It's like they're meant to be on screen together! The storyline is engaging, and the plot twists keep me hooked till the end. I mean, who doesn't love a good romance with a dash of drama, right? 😉 The supporting cast is also top-notch, adding depth to the narrative. What I particularly love about this drama is how it balances the lighter moments with the heavier ones. It's like a rollercoaster of emotions, and I'm here for it 🎢! The cinematography and OST are also noteworthy, adding to the overall viewing experience. If you're looking for a drama that's a mix of romance, drama, and great acting, then "No Tell To Tail" is the way to go 👍. I've binge-watched it in one go, and I'm still reeling from the feels 😅. Kudos to the cast and crew for pulling off such a great show!

New face of gumiho, the strong type one! I think the beginning of the drama depicts as how it will end, we will never know until we finish watch what will happen to siyeol and eunho cause it somehow looks tragic, but the comedy and the interaction of the characters confuses me on how will the story finally will unfold.. eunho has been avoiding not becoming human all her life but what will actually happen when siyeol exist? The first 2 episode already gave intense story, the writer said the 3rd ep will start the actual story, so I can't wait!
